Made the rooster as written, then used the advised slaw dressing on a bag of broccoli slaw (lasts for just a few days within the fridge that approach). Nice for meal prep should you don’t need the identical factor on daily basis – we had the rooster and slaw as sandwiches, tacos with flour tortillas, and rice bowls.
