I’ve tried crispy potatoes earlier than and this technique works higher than something you’ll find on the market. So scrumptious and really easy! My entire household wolfed them up tonight, no joke. Even my children cherished them, they usually do not normally eat potatoes that are not within the type of french fries. I made a yummy sauce to drizzle over them ( stir collectively bitter cream, a little bit milk, onion powder, salt, and dried chives) and it was so good. Don’t fret if they arrive aside whenever you smash them, simply gently squish them again collectively and flatten some extra. They’re actually forgiving. I deeply regretted not making many many extra panfuls of those tonight. There may be all the time tomorrow. And these are taking place on Thanksgiving. Placing a pan in when the turkey comes out to relaxation. Thanks! xoxoxo
